How much spending money will I need for a weeks holiday?

I'm hopefully going on my first 'independent' holiday with my cousin in July for a week.

Basically, I'm quite skint so trying to stick to a low budget, lol, but am just wondering how much you guys think I would need for the week...

If its your first 'independent' holiday, my advice is; as much as you can get hold of.

well, last time i went away i took something like £700 for 2 weeks, almost ran out though ;[

id say £500 would be more than enough for a week. though 3-400 would be plenty

It'll most likely be self-catering...

I only really plan on sunbathing during the day and getting wrecked at night... rofl

Obviously I'll need to eat though!

if its self catering, you'll probably need a fair bit more than what i said originally
