Project Rare Value is now FREE!

After a long while, I've decided that I am now going to release the rare panel that I created, Project Rare Value, for FREE Luckyrare owns right to it, but he has very kindly said that it may now be distributed for free, as we have noticed that many of you site makers want an easy to use rare values panel! Their are two changes from the paid version - on this free version, the banner says "provided by Uploadz" on it, and the navigator has a text link to Uploadz. The only other change is that the license checking has been removed, so you can just upload and go!

I hope all you fansite owners out there get a lot out of this new way to improve your fansite. The only condition is that you abide by the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommericial-ShareAlike License. In short, this license means that you can't use it to make money (ie. sell it), and if you make any changes, you have to give it away again to anyone who asks.
