Should Budy be banned?

My friend got banned for sharing his account. My question is, since Budy shares his account with Toby, why isn't he banned?

He might no have been banned for going on your account.

He might of being disobeying the Habbo Way.

He should be banned its not fair its one ting for your average habbo but another for the 'popular' or well know habbos!!!
