My construction plans

I figure I will need around 80 consruction and about 10mill(just on training) to get my houese to where I want it =P, below is my bluepring.

I don't know weither to have a 2 room dungeon and have the entrance in the garden or just leave it as it is, or maybe a costume room to each of the bedrooms

Looks like you've spent a lot of time planning it. I'll have to do that with my house, most of the doors lead to no where. Good luck with construction.
