Making A Skin

Erm Okay, i have a vbulletin forum..

and im wanting to edit the skin, so it has a border going around it..

like clubhabboforum,kisshabboboard, chathabbo, they have a border going all the way around it.

how do i go about that, i know how 2 make and edit default 1s just not add them borders needed.

You make the images then in admincp > style mamager > add new style > then find the boxes on that page and insert the image by putting url(IMAGELINKHERE)
