It must include:

Profiles
Stickers (That i can add custom ones)
Notes
Guestbook
Picture uploader
Main profile (Look, Date joined ect)

i CAN PAY IN HABBO AND POSSIBLY PAYPAL

If you want someone to make you that expect to pay alot of paypal i doubt many would acept Habbo

You can do that all yourself, all you have to do is just buy credits on habbo and then make it
