Nah, if it's new, it's uploaded into the externals isn't it? Some weirdos who manage to sieve through all that would've found it.
As of it being a new public room, I highly doubt it considering it's just an edited part of the gardens, although like GommeInc said, it could be a skin; like the Drome has. Although it'd be pointless to have considering there's Japanese themed rooms anyway, unless the FRANK bus would be needed.

Habbox don't really find new things. Habbo something .de does find stuff quite often. It's the website that is mentioned a few times in Habbo General.
