Do you end up with big bruises after it ?

you only end up with a bruise if you don't have padding where it hits...

loads of people makes out that it hurts well bad.

but i've went quite a few times, and have got shot from a metre away in the back, and thats the only time it bruised.

ive been and it hurts where you dont have any protection like when i went and didnt wear any gloves and one hit me on the hand

Haha aye, went with work one of our staff worked in Iraq as secuirty till he got banned and he has loads of trainning.
They said it would take us all morning to get this flag, but we did it in a hour cos we just kept on raidding it. we lost no one aswell was mint

haha someone got shot like 10 times in the backside when i went for not keeping his goggles on..
its fun though

and you dont get bruises THAT bad.. as long as they arent in difficult places..
