    Default My Kneecaps

For years now I've been able to move the cap bit of my knee around. i thought it was normal and it doesn't hurt or anything.

Anyway, the other day my friend was saying my knees are skinny lmao, then she said that her friend can move her kneecaps around and has to goto therapy or something :S I dunno if its the same problem I have. Any ideas on what it is/what I should do?

Its normal to be able to do that, your friends friend might have a certain problem with her knee that isnt related to the moving kneecap
