For a login Interface Design you will want it to be clean and easy to access and understand, not some graphics heavy image with god-awful effects.

Try and create one with basic clean neutral colours.

Too plain in my opinion and the elipse makes it look kind of tacky? If you tell me what the project is I will create you one free.
