    Default Big Web Design/Deveploment Communitys?

I'm trying to find a big web design community what I could use like the habbox web design section but a proper website/forum full of web designs, young & old so I can learn new things. I've been looking around the web but any big ones I find are full of people trying to make websites and posting questions everywhere asking how to do things as simple of a hyperlink.
