HabboBank Forum Manager - Again

Well for some reason, all my Forum Managers show alot of Effort into the forum then just dont go on for like 1 month so now im looking for ANOTHER forum Manager
What you get:
- Admin on Forum
- Vbulletin.org account (No abusing!)
- Cpanel once I gain ur trust (Unless I know u on this forum and I trust you)
What you need:
- To put 98% effort into forum (u need to have a life u know!)
- Know how to edit templates and install addons
- Know how to hire MODs (i.e. looking for the right specifications)
- And all the other stuff which i cba to put down

I can do all of your check list, and know when a member should be hired as a moderator. I know what a decent application looks like, and how to control a forum and keeping it running smoothly. I like to get involved with the community, and like to give them new updates to keep them entertained.
