How do I get requests?
On my website where do I make the request button hyperlink to?

You use a PHP script to send a email with a form, it's quite simple basic PHP, you then use somthing like outlook or Thunderbrid to check the emails which are requests.

I'd be happy to set somthing up for you for a small fee.
