    When people ask you 'Can you code my layout for my new site free please.' I mean, if your going to make a site, learn how first.Just some advice.

    Not all of us code our own layouts for example I didnt till like a week ago.

    Same - but some people like to offer services for free to people as services because one day the person asking for it to be coded will make you a layout when times are ruff for you.
