Need proffesional coder - expandables

Hey,

I'm looking for a proffesional coder who can code my layout from just the image. My foolish attempt at using a program similar to photoshop to code the layout, then use expandables failed miserably. I worked out what needs to be done and that it needs to be recoded proffesionally. If there is anyone that can do this - including an expandable iframe, or I can give you the javascript for that - then please do reply to this post or PM me with how long it will take you approx. and if you charge.
