Testicle questions [warning?]

I have a question, if someone had only one testicle (yes it is possible someone on the radio today said they had one) does it make much difference? does he produce less sperm? would he last for a shorter amount of time while having sex?

I'm guesisng they'd produce less sperm, I doubt the performance of his penis would differ though

The amount of time it takes him to ejaculate should be the same, and he would produce half the amount of sperm I guess

I know somebody who has one testicle, he's like 35 and he looks like he's 15 and just hit puberty.

i doubt it'd be much different, apart from they wont ejaculate as much sperm.
