    Default Dizziness

Ok I've been feeling dizzy lately and I was just wondering what it could be.

Well I woke up yesterday morning and sat up really quickly and felt really dizzy. I still went to school hoping that it might go away during the day but all day I felt slightly dizzy when I either looked up or down.

Today I woke up feeling fine so I just thought it was a little thing yesterday but then at about 12:00 I started feeling the same dizziness again when I looked up or down and sometimes when I close my eyes.

I'm going away with the school tomorrow and I was just wondering if there would be a way to tell what the problem is and if I could help fix it or prevent it from happening. +Rep to good advice.

When I get up from bed to quickly [either too early or too fast doesn't matter] I get dizzy and sometimes faint. I once fainted and fell in my cornflakes. Make sure you get enough sleep and drink some water.

I'll try that thanks +Rep. I don't drink enough water I don't think my Mum and Dad are always nagging at me to drink water and I just refuse. I think I'm getting enough sleep though. I go to bed at 10 o'clock and get up at 7 o'clock. My mum said it could be due to ear infection but there's nothing wrong with my ears. Thanks for the advice though! =]

Something in your ears controls your balance. (thats why people with one ear walk all over the place before they get used to it) so if you have anything wrong with your ears then that'll most probably be the problem. Maybe get them checked out? Just in case...
