My first report, and heres what it all means.

Blue is on the habbox price.
Red is less that the habbox price.
And Green is over the habbox price.




The Purple Ice Cream Maker
Habbox Price: 12T

Seen for:
I am personally selling one currently, for around the 8T 10HCS mark




Typewriter
Habbox Price: 18CS

Seen for:
17CS (Once)
18CS (Three times)
19CS (Once)




Red Birdbath
Habbox Price: 3T

Seen for:
2T+20CS (Once)
2T+25CS (Once)
3T (Twice)

Comments:

The Purple ICM, (Less than 20 in the hotel) seems to be selling under the Habbox Price, but may i just point out that the 8T 10CS was sold by me personally. Therefore may not represent what others are selling it for.

People dont seem as willing to pay as much for the typewriter now, but the price is still generally around the habbox price.

The Red Birdbath has been selling under the 3T mark, by up to 18CS, at 2T+20CS, but is still being sold at the 3T mark, however not any higher.
