Well, im thinking of getting 70
But i have a few questions
Roughly how long would it take
Which slayer master should I go to
Im lvl 88 with 73 str, 70 def and att

assuming you have done lost city, i would advise going to chealdar in zanaris. you will get some decent tasks off her, and probably a lot of them (with the exception of metal drags)

lots of xp per task, quicker leveling

though if you want to avoid metal dragons, then i suggest vanakka in edgeville dungeon

more often than not if you go to chealdar you will get somewhere between 90 and 150 of a monster, with the exception of metal dragons, highest number ive had is 42 iron.

just depends on your preferance and your style of combat
