Monkey riding bike

i posted this picture yesterday:

saying its funny and some actually thought its cruel...
They are not forcing the monkey to ride the bike, and it is not for amusement purposes! The monkeys actually steal bikes from people and ride them, so obviously they cannot find them that bad.

Why else would they keeper take the monkey into the street :\

OHHH I DIDNT REALISE THAT HAVING A ROPE AROUND ITS NECK MENT IT WAS THERE COS HE WANTED TO BE AND THEY THOUGHT IT WOULD LOOK NICE WITH A ROPE AORUND ITS NECK.
