Making an MSN bot

Ok, i'm very keen on creating an msn bot but am struggling for certain reasons.

Ok, i've downloaded perl, but almost EVERY site i go on is dead, so i can't find any tutorials/open source bots. So can any1 help me making a bot,

Why not just download a script from the MSN Plus script database.. n work on it from there.

On MSGPLUS, They let you send them emails nd them will help you

Do it with PHP.I think you can anyway.You can with IRC anyway.
