If you have 1 bar, this means your are new, or not very popular, and dont win many competitions. If you have 3 blocks,you have over 200 reputation points, you are quite popular and maybe won 4-7 competitions. If you have over 5 reputation blocks, your are superly known to all, with over 400 reputation points. If you have 6 blocks of reputation, your are a god{ my own words} and .. yea, you have over 500 reputation points.
