Forgot to mention I actually never received the Members Pin, he just logged out left after I traded him...

I know what yeah mean i got scammed a few days ago 750k for a pin.. i won't say who it was as i had no proof either i didnt even thin kto take screen shots... cuz he looked trusted and had rep but the members days is when u log on it says like last logged on and stuff it says members Remaining, that way they can be sure ur not just saying all this and u actually are a member..

Infractions aren't issued to new members.

I've forwarded the proof to the appropriate people for you so hopefully he can be added to the un-trusted list, if the evidence is enough. For future reference, please bare in mind that we don't allow people to post if they've been scamming - Instead you need to PM "YouHeard" with the evidence (screenshots/videos) and they'll be added to the untrusted list. In this instance, I've done it for you.
