I need help with BVE

I need help with BVE, Ive downloaded it installed it etc..

Downloaded the trains,Installed them etc

Then i click the logo to start BVE

then i get



What dose this meen and comeone tell me what to do next

Hi, click on; My Computer > Local Disk (c > Program Files > Mackoy > BVE 4 > Railway > Route

Then if you downloaded a route, you will a route folder (For example Network West Midlands) go into that folder and you will see a list of activities, choose one.
