75-90 range
70 deff
52 prayer
around 60-70 hp

whe pking i will use....
full ahrims no staff with guthix or sara staff.
full kairlns with x bow
full torgas no hammers with x bow

If you're going for 70 def you can bring Karils and Ahrims so that would be a good idea.
