To be honest with you. The world at the moment in time doesn't need a double decker plane. The 787 is the right size, shape and can fly the same distance as the A380 on two engines which is more environmentally friendly Oh by the way the A380, double decker plane was first Boeings/McDonald Douglas which Boeing bought then they scrapped the idea. No wonder Airbus copies straights away
