The umm quest Shilo village and the one needed for that, which is Jungle potion.

Tbh if your a member & you have cmb that new barb place with those feathers as that owns as xp!!
anyway erm. Shilo for lvl 3's & Barb Village for F2P oh and hire runners 2.

I havnt used new barb place, shilo is still the best if ur a member and well worth doing the quest.
