I just made this as i want to start a new habbo fansite.(Any one want to help me as Owner contact me ASAP)

okay i dont think i have that lol can they be made on paint or not really - or any program that i could donwload?

You can use paint but it would take a while.You can get a Adobe photoshop CS2 30 day trail by going on Adobe.com

yeh latest version is £500, Or some people use keygen,
