ok so i upgraded my ipb today. but on the forum index ect..
it says:
it should say Powered By IP.Board 2.3.1 © 2007 IPS, Inc.Powered By IP.Board 2.3.0 © 2007 IPS, Inc.
it says the rite version number in the admin panel, and the upgrade script was done rite.

Have you clicked the link under the red upgrade available button in acp to tell them youve installed it?

can't edit. i got the link to the banner you were talking about and clicked the got upgrade thing. didn't change it.
