Owwy... Wrap it up tight, in them elastic bandages if you have any, if you don't then if you have any younger brother or sisters then 'borrow' a pair of there socks and cut the end off them That should help.

    • A Few Tips here
    • Rest -
Take it Easy for the first 24 to 48 hours to prevent any further injury.

      Ice -

The ankle area must be cooled by using an icepack or a packet of frozen peas. Remember to wrap it In a towel or something, some people Have got frostbite holding Peas or an icepack in dirext contact wuth them!

      Compression
Compress it in a bandage, but make sure there is enough room for air to get through, you can also buy Ankle supports aswell, Not sure where from.

      Elevation

Make your your Foot is raised Slightly when Sitting Down Use a stool, and When sleeping you can use another Pillow to Raise it up a bit.
    • Good Luck, Hope it Heals soon

When I tryed to flip a football over my head and accidently buckled I was in a lot of pain not crying or anything. People though it wasn't that bad, when we got home took my socks and shoes off and it was the size of a baloon.

I put Deep Freeze on it as often as I felt pain and a week later it got better

Well once I put the treadmill on as high as it could go not realizing how fast it was & I put one toe on it & I flew & crashed into the wall. It didn't hurt but I was in shock. I was kinda like, what just happened? Freaked me out.

    It doesn't, actually.

I don't think you have any idea of what Chlorine is put in pools for, and how it works.
Nevertheless, going swimming will help to strengthen your ankle muscles again.
