Im trying to register an email onto outlook express but it came up with this..

All my emails have been POP3, so I'd guess that.

ok thanks, im trying to register a mail.com account so what would i put in the boxes ingoing and outgoing?

For that you'd need to check with them. They should have a guide written somewhere for you to follow. Alternatively, you'll just have to login using the www.mail.com portal.
