Wanting to make great rs movies

Got camtasia making a movie about my friend needs to be high quality etc. How do I do this +rep to any1 who tells me

Right click desktop > settings > advanced > troubleshoot > set to none.

Once done recording, put that back to full. That stops lag when filming.

And a good video editor to put music on and stuff is Windows Movie Maker.
