    Default Copyright - Why???

    i dont understand this but why on all sites is there a copyright section at the bottom of the page


    how does it actually stop someone from taking the layout or images etc???

    SO if some one rips your site or other work off. somthing you may have spent ages doing, you can stop them, aka get the site shut down, so you can get credit for your work.

    Sueing is a last resorted, youd be pretty stupid to sue strate out, as it would cost one hell of alot more than youd be likly get from it.

    3 Easy Steps.

    1) Contact the owner via email
    2) If they dont remove the content email the host (give them 74 Hours)
    3) Now, this should only be done if they dont comply. Sue! :p

    us laws of copyright are that you ahve to go to www.copyright.gov and pay for it

    You need to pay for full copyright on anysite. although its free to put a copyright notice at the bottom of your site, if it gets to a stage where your needed to sue someone then the court may take not having copyright documents and use it against you to settle to case faster an easyer
