Omg, I bought it for like 38hc, it goes down to 20, so I sell it before anymore damage is done, and now it looks like it's rising again

It looks pretty stuck at 3hc atm though.

an unofficial fansite for a good reason.
unliked for a lot of good reasons.
popular for all the wrong reasons.
probably going to get more popular.
(not supposed to, but probably does) control the general rare values of habbo.
(not supposed to, but definately does) influence people in their decisions on habbo.
For those of us who would like an actual honest fansite practically controlling clubtropica, please do us a favour and stick to habbo. Otherwise, callie may eat you.

Summer things will go noware now, the whole market has collapsed and probably will again at end of August, do not buy winter items as they are unsellable, my advice would be to invest in small supers like Typos, Trophys and maybe the odd big super.
As soon as you notice visitor numbers rising again buy as much summer as you can.
