Can anyone help me out please?

One of my mates is wanting to go to the Man Utd V Inter match on Wednesday night. Since I am no good with train websites n the like, can anyone please help me find a train journey..

Carlisle > Manchester Piccadilly on 1st August. Will be wanting to be down there for about 5:30pm and wanting the return journey to depart at like 10:30pm?

Depart 10:17,
Change at Lancaster at 11:08 and Get your Next Train to Manchester at 11:15
Arrive in Manchester 12:20

That's All you need to know, Pm me for earlier or later Trains - Oh and your Carlisle - Lancaster is a Virgin Train but your Lancaster - Manchester is a transpennine express.
