For people who are not sure what this feature is. It just basically tells you where to report users, and how to use the basic features of Habbo like searching for rooms etc

its actually quite good, how do you access it though? Does it only come up when your 1st logged in?

It comes up when you register your account. And you go through it and it check's off what you already read/went through and you can exit it. It's like a tutorial, she moves around the screen and points to stuff, like navigator, tells you where to click, blah blah blah, sheeeesh! Dumbos!
