Playstation3 URGENT help!

My PS3 will not turn on. I press the on button, it beeps three times, flashes red then goes back into standby mode. WHAT IS HAPPENING?

Well that was a lot of help. Did you update it recently? If the power went off when it was updating or at a wrong time then you may have bricked it. You still have a warranty.

Problem sorted. I got onto techinal support [ best ever suport, in england and within 5 minutes] they say it's a very common problem with launch console and they are delivering a new console to me, free of charge tomorrow O and the game stuck inside will be extracted!

its only because not many people have ps3's cos they suck + there so expensive.
