My Rare Values Report of Normal Rares.

During visits to, trade city, and several other places i found the following rares kept cropping up up and up:


Throne - Current Value - 40 hc sofa's

2 sold at - 40 hc's each
1 sold at - 38 hc's
1 sold at - 38.5 hc's

Comment:
I believe the Value of the Throne is slowly dropping as many people despite the habbox value are selling less than their worth.


Sea Dragon - Current Value - 1 hc sofa

4 sold at - 0.8 hc's each
1 sold at - 1.25 hc's

Comment:
The value of the Sea Dragon Lamp is very puzzling it rises, then it drops
i think the value at the moment is fine as its about halfway to what diffrent people are paying.



Green Pillow - Current Value - 10 hc sofa's

1 sold for - 8.5 hc's the buyer then sold for 9 hc's

Comment:
I think people are scared out of puying a green pillow incase like other high value rares such as DJ decks, its going to be released into the catalogue.




speakers Corner - Current Value - 0.8 of a hc sofa

4 sold at - 4 hc's each
1 sold at - 0.75
2 sold at - 2 hc's each

Since the speakers corner dropped from 1.5 its not really been a high selling item of furni some how the speakers corner is holding on the value of 0.8 - 1 hc.

My next batch of value reports shall be posted just as soon as i have a few more items & their selling values.
