My Rare Values For Normal Rares.

After spending my time in major rooms such as trade city, i decided to venture into smaller rooms, such as rares shops i found values far less hastle to gather when in a small room:



Monolith - Current Value - 2.2 hc sofa's

1 sold at - 2 hc's
1 sold at - 2.25 hc's


Comment:
The Monolith, since dropping in value has also dropped in being wanted
if a Recoloured Monilith was to be released i think it would have a higher Value than the black one because the black monilith doesnt match with many items of furni.




Jamaican Sand Patch - Current Value - 1.5 hc sofa's

bulk of 10 sold at - 15 hc's
3 sold at 1.5 hc's each

The Jamaican Sand Patch is Steadily growing its value back up to 2 hc's
this is probably something to do with it be prefered over the moon rug & Snow Patch

Red Pillow: - Current Value - 1 hc sofa

3 sold at - 1 hc each
1 sold at - 1.5 hc

Gold Pillow - Current Value - 1 hc sofa
1 sold at - 0.8 hc

Purple Pillow: - Current Value - 1 hc sofa

N/A

Green Pillow - Current Value - 10 hc sofa's

1 sold at - 8.5 hc's the buyer then sold it for 9 hc's

White Pillow - Current Value - 1 hc sofa

N/A

Comment:
due to the recent Pixel Maze Quest where the winning team won a turquoise Pillow pillows have been hunted down and bought for many diffrent values, the green pillow how ever isnt doing so well its still continuing to drop in value.
