I've heard Picross DS is a good value. It's a budget title. It's a puzzle game that's supposed to be pretty addictive. You can play online against other people and download new puzzles for free.

Mario Kart DS is good. It has a nice online mode except it's kinda ruined by snakers.

Metroid Prime DS is fun for online play. But it too is ruined by cheaters most of the time.

I've never Elite Beat Agents but they say it's really fun and addictive. Just look at some DS games and their reviews.
