My Rare Values Report - Normal Furni.

Today i decided to hit the casino's in search of the rares that you wouldnt normally find in a Small trade Shop or a Large Trade Room such as Throne City owned by EatCheese.

(Rd - Rubber Duck)
(Hc - Club Sofa)
(T - Throne)

Petal Floor - Current Value - 2T & 4 hc's - (84 hc's)

1 Petal floors sold at - 2T & 7 hc's - (87 hc's)
13 petals sold at - 1T & 2 hc's

Comment: Due to the Petal Patch being more sort after than any other type of flooring the value always seems to stay up high, before that last release of petal patch its value had reached 5 hc's per patch.

Silver NellyPhant ! - Current Value - 5.5 hc's

3 sold at - 5 hc's each
1 sold at - 3.5 hc's

Comment : due to the Silver Nelly recently dropping in Value from Above 10 to around the 5 hc's mark they arent selling well, but people still prefer them over the Bronze NellyPhant.

Black Dragon Lamp - Current Value - 2 hc's

1 sold at - 2.25rd
1 sold at -3 hc's

Comment: due to the Upcomming Release of the much anticipated Jade Dragon all rich people are trying to buy one of each of the 10 dragons making the value of each dragon rise including the black dragon lamp which is selling 1 hc above its current value.

gold Feather pillow - Current value - 1 hc

4 sold at - 5 hc's ( 1.25 each )

Comment: the gold feather pillow sufford badly when released into the catalogue not that long ago, its fall from Super Rare to Normal Rare Hit the big Casino owners badly as they pride them selves on only having super Rares or high valued Rares in their casino. I believe the gold Pillow is making a comeback as its selling more than it current Value.

i dont see why they seem weird if people want to buy them at that price...

i think with the release of the Jade Dragon people are trying to buy one of every dragon . meaning the value of the dragons should rise
Silver Nellys arent sort after that much anymore, their value are still staying the same but the odd one falls bellow the Value that Habbox Shows.
