Forum post images needed

Okay so basically, on forums you have the pure icon, then the grey icon, then the icon with the padlock, I need this done to this image



If anyone can do this and make it transparent id be much appreciative and +REP.

its saved as a png format and transparancy with png only shows in some web browsers :]
