There is another coming out called Trauma Center: New Blood in late 2007 in USA.
New Blood has online leaderboards.
From IGN:
The new title will be full voiced, run in 480p and 16:9 widescreen modes, feature a ton of new characters and allow you to put your high scores up against the best in the world via the Wii's online score tracker.

Second Opinion is supposed to be really good though. I didn't buy it but I might buy New Blood.

Thats not the first Trauma Center, the first trauma center is called trauma center under the knife -i think- and its a DS game
