ok since i haven't posted a Values Thread in like two day soooo i decided to hit the big time, search for lost treasure...hunt down as many rare values as i could find. I searched high and low, far and wide and some how got all these.

(Unpure - Sothing of the same value as a Club Sofa)

(NIOF - Normal Items Of Furni)

Red Amber Lamp - Current Value - 3 hc sofa's

9 sold at - 3 hc's each
1 sold at - 2.8 hc's

Comment: Since being wanted mostly in casino's its value has risen & fallen but not by a lot. Those who only have one find it hard to sell. I find it easier to sell these Rares in
Bulk.

Alien Artifact - Current Value - 1 hc sofa

3 sold at - 2 hc's & 45rd
1 sold at - 1 hc sofa unpure

Comment: Hmm... the Alien Artifact (Black Rocket to some) is more sort after than its recolour the - New Years Rocket - Renamed Red Rocket with R13 update.

Bamboo Patch - Current Value - 1 hc sofa

5 sold at - 4 hc sofa's & 1 unpure.
1 sold at - 1 hc sofa

Comment: the Bamboo Patch is more sort after than any other peice of the Asian Extention why? because it was never in the asian section of the catalogue, it was placed in the Rares section instead.

Elf Dragon - Current Value - 1 hc sofa

10 sold at - 6 hc sofa's & 5 hc's unpure
2 sold at - 1.25 hc's each

Comment: the value of the Green Elf Dragon as well as any other colour Dragon has risen due to the last ever Dragon ( JadeDragon ) to be released as all of the recolours have now been released.

Dragon Set - Current Value - 8.5 hc sofa's

1 set sold at - 8 hc's
1 set sold at - 9.5 hc's

Comment:

This isnt actually the dragon set, the full dragon set includes also the Bronze Dragon, Silver Dragon, Gold Dragon, Purple Dragon and the Sky Dragon. these are the Catalogue Released Dragons.

Throne - Current Value - 40 hc sofa's

3 sold at - 40 hc's each
2 sold at - 39 hc's each
4 sold at - 38 hc's each
1 sold at - 41 hc's

Comment: Some Consider the Value of the Throne to much, will it soon become a rare which only rich people buy? .... well we will have to see.

DJ Throne Posters - Current Value - 23rd

1 sold at - 0.25rd

Comment: This Rare was worth 0.5rd before it was released back into the catalogue due to a music event. its value is sure to stay the same due to amount that was bought when it was rereleased.

Comment: the Gold Pillow is now considered the Casino Pillow, Cheap, Easy to get hold of. i think its value is rising & may reach 1.5 hc's in the upcoming months.

Red Deck Chair - Current Value - 1 hc sofa

3 sold at - 1 hc each
1 sold at - 1 hc sofa & 1 NIOF

Comment: the Red Deck Chairs Sells better than the Yellow Deck chair so i think its value should be higher.

Terrocotta Pillar - Current Value - 1 hc sofa

1 sold at - 1 hc sofa
1 sold at - 0.8rd

Comment: Pillars arent sort after, they dont match in with many rooms cept a Roman Style of room. The Value has stayed the same for ages....
I think it deserves a change. But i highly doubt that it will.
