Hmmm atm I am hosted by Ax-hosting and I have two account for my two sites... but one has a ax-hosting.com/~ adress but the cpanel has my address down as a .co.uk adress and they wont change it for me. So I opened the .htacess file and noticed so stuff there. It looks like I could change my adress. Could I?

you need to change your nameservers, if you can find some dns functions on your cpanel click 'edit a dns zone' and highlight your account, you should ask ax for the nameserver details so you can change them. eg. serial number, nameserver 1 etc.
