Player Support is needed most when there is new versions, since there's often lots of queries, problems and bugs... but no. It some how breaks down.

Unless they've been tampering with it, it can't go down with technical difficulties like that? If they where adding new features to it, you make a backup. So if it goes wrong you can have it back to where you where. Either Habbo are dumb or they simply don't want Player Support working for one reason or another.
