ok...

i have a co-ord clue to do, and i need to get to the area in the red circle.

to do this, i think it involves getting past the guards circled in yellow

but i dont know what the "symbol of friendship" is they speak of, tried everything i can think of ;[

if it involves a quest, tell me which one :]

You need to have got about half way through the Watchtower Quest to get to the red circled area.

Yeah watchtower quest its a little trophy thing you give to them although i think you can get there by going around can you not

To the above post, I think you can i'm unsure though as I did not try it without starting the quest.

But here we go if you go to the green circled area I believe you pop up on the little island, I'm not sure if you need to do the quest though.
