Alright I've thought up a plan on how to get 99 magic without selling buying.

You require 60m pure cash gp before attempting this guide.

Step 1: Buy 197500 nature runes, 1 lava battlestaff.

Step 2: Alch 1 gp 197500 times until you're 99 mage.
