Comment: The Elf Dragon Lamp seem's to be curious about it's value, Its going up and down, pretty much like a See-Saw . Is it because the summer is approaching us? Well there isnt much sun, The Elf Dragon Lamp to my opinion is on the rise, Who knows?


Green BirdBath

Seen Traded: 3hc 4 times, Seem's to be rising in the approach of Summer

Comment: The Green Birdbath is another summery' item swappnig its value every now and then, Yesterday i witnessed a trade of 10 get sold for 27 hcs, giving it a value of 2.5-3hcs. This is an item i don't think will be released again, but who am I to say that, it's just a personal opinion.


Petal Floor
Habbox Price: 2t 20hc.
Seen Traded: 2t 30hc 4 times, 2t 15hc 1 time

Comment: As you have probably already guessed, i have posted the summery' items which i have seen increases recently. Now, the petal floor has come into the catalouge almost EVERY summer, will we be surprised this year? I think so, I think that it has been released too many time and therefore wont be released again, If not, the petal floor will be a huge increase in price.. But once again, who am i to say that?


Throne

Seen Traded: 38hc 2 times, 43hc 3 times

The throne, it seems to have hovered around the 37-43 hc range, and recently ive seen them get sold for even more than 41. Ive seen 4 thrones get sold for 172 hcs selling them at 43 hc each, 2 thrones get sold for 84 selling them at 42 hc each and the rest i witness are 41 hc.

A Superb report. Standards have gone up anotch with so many people wanting to join the department but this report is very good. This has definatley been knocked up mroe than one notch.
