Im really into bmxing and watersports and last winter i went propper unfit and didnt do as much as before so i became less fit and i was wondering what exactly steriods do, if there legal id be able to take them because im not into comps so they dont do drug tests.

As far as i know they're similar to hormones, so they'll be a certain kind that triggers muscle growth etc.

Personally i wouldn't take any. Just work at getting fit again.

If anything you'll get more satisfaction from having acheived it naturally.

Steroids make your muscles bigger and everything like that. But they make your penis smaller, your head bigger, acne on your back, and you get bigger feet. That's what they do.

lol you dont have to take steroids too get more fit. As i recall my PSE teacher telling me it can lower your life span by 25% [around that] and you have increased risks of getting cancer. I suggest you get to the gym. Usualy leasure centers have these or gym chains. Anyways i wouldn't think of taking steroids. I have been going to the gym now for 6 months and compared to what i used to be im alot healthier and stronger.

My cousin buys this stuff called Pro-Whey its like Protein shakes their pretty nice and they dont have side effects and arnt ilegal try that?
